Villa Paradiso - Seasonal Rental at Palm Beach Florida

	Villa Paradiso and Cottages are located in the historic neighborhood of Belair in the southern section of West Palm Beach, Florida across the lake from Donald Trump's Mar-a-Largo club. The property consists of two Spanish Mediterranean style homes with adjoining cottages, which have been thoughtfully restored and very comfortably furnished. The grounds include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fountains and botanical gardens. The gardens contain exotic fruit and vegetation found throughout the tropics, including nearly three hundred pineapple plants that border the property. The neighborhood was originally built on an old pineapple farm in the early 1900s. Villa Paradiso is ideally located within 5 minutes of the Palm Beach International Airport, the Atlantic Ocean and beaches, and a thriving downtown center that has undergone an overwhelming renaissance and includes a beautiful new 110 acre complex known as City Place (check links). The downtown area has a new amphitheater with outdoor concerts, art & music festivals every Thursday and often on Saturdays and Sundays as well. City Place has its own schedule of events running daily. In addition, there is an abundance of chic restaurants and clubs that offer everything from Jazz & Blues to House music. In addition to excellent entertainment and fine foods, the area has a wide variety of sporting and outdoor opportunities. Palm Beach is the official headquarters for the PGA (Professional Golf Association) and with over 145 golf courses, it leads the nation in both quality and quantity of golfing facilities. If you want to stay close to the water, the area surrounding Villa Paradiso has some of the best bicycle trails in South Florida with trails running all along the waterways of West Palm and along the waters and famous estates of Palm Beach as well. The ocean and inland lakes offer excellent fishing, diving and boating opportunities with everything from jet skiing to deep-sea fishing. If you prefer to take a drive, travel west to Wellington where the Polo meets make excellent Sunday entertainment with Prince Charles and other notables often in attendance. Also, if you like to play tennis there are two public facilities for both night and daytime tennis and racket-ball within walking distance of Villa Paradiso. Or you may wish to simply take a Jacuzzi, relax by the pool and soak up the wonderful, subtropical sunshine. The cottages range from $400.00 to $1100.00 per week (plus 10% bed tax) and are furnished with linens, cable television, and cooking facilities.
